  • Hearing Impaired Members can call the Wisconsin Relay Service at 7-1-1 or (800) 947-3529. Then ask the operator to connect you to us at (888) 713-6180. Or for a telephone display device (TDD) for the hearing impaired, please call our Member Services TDD/TTY line at: (800) 446-6136, 8:00AM to 8:00PM, 7 days a week.
