How to contact us if you have a complaint about your medical care or prescription drug coverage. Complaints about Medical Care or Prescription Drugs:
- Call: (888) 713-6180 or TTY: (800) 446-6136. 8:00AM to 8:00PM, 7 days a week. Calls to this number are free. To request information in alternative formats or languages please contact Managed Health Services at (888) 713-6180.
- Hearing Impaired Members can call the Wisconsin Relay Service at 7-1-1 or (800) 947-3529. Then ask the operator to connect you to us at (888) 713-6180. Or for a telephone display device (TDD) for the hearing impaired, please call our Member Services TDD/TTY line at: (800) 446-6136, 8:00AM to 8:00PM, 7 days a week.
